Refund policy

We apply a 30 -day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your article to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your article must be in the same state as that in which you have received it, not worn or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, we invite you to fill out the associated form accessible via the "Return" link located at the bottom of the page.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and the place of sending your package. The articles returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong article, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions or articles not returning

 
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products. We also do not accept feedback from dangerous products, flammable liquids or gas. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns about a specific article.

The return costs in the context of an exchange are free.


30 -day reflection period in the European Union

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. As above, your article must be in the same state as that in which you received it, not carried or not used, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number.


Reimbursements

 
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days, the return costs will be your responsibility and deducted from the refund of your order. Remember that the treatment and display of reimbursement by your bank or your credit card company can take some time.
