Functions and responsibilities


Under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager, you manage all our product references and contribute to maintaining and ensuring compliance with processes within our systems.

You work in collaboration with the Marketing and E-commerce teams.

You are responsible for the quality of the product data present in our SAGE X3 and PIMCORE tools.

You will be particularly responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

  • Create new products according to given instructions and product sheets
  • Create spare parts
  • Create promotional items in collaboration with the Communication team
  • Update the article database
  • Follow and update technical sheets (in relation to R&D and the Development department)
  • Follow and update product sheets (in relation to product managers and the communication manager)
  • Maintain the product base of the website and other digital tools 
  • Keep up to date the operating procedures with each process evolution
  • Act as an interface and communication role between internal services (IT Management, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics)

Your profil:

Your education (minimum Bachelor's degree) and initial experience have allowed you to develop your ease with technical data.

  • You are comfortable using:
    ERP type SAGE X3 
  • Advanced functions of the office suite, very good Excel level, 
  • Good level on collaborative software like Teams
  • PIMCORE

Retoucher (M/F)

Position based at the TROPHY headquarters (Carrières-sur-seine, 78)

Reference – RETOUCHEUR to specify in the subject of the email

We are looking for a Retoucher for a permanent contract. Position to be filled ASAP.

  • Attached to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for all alterations or repairs of our products by machine or manually (thick fabric, leather...) according to the user's needs, the expected aesthetics and comfort, in accordance with safety rules and production requirements (quality, deadlines, ...).
  • You will carry out renovation and/or protection operations on the items (recoloring...).


Your duties notably include:

  • Collecting customer complaints using a computer form representing the product identification and communicating with them (return number...).
  • Identifying the alterations, repairs to be made on the product and informing the client about the conditions.
  • Unstitching and resizing the product to be modified if necessary.
  • Pre-assembling and fixing the different elements.
  • Managing the second choice: checking the pieces (excluding Gore tex), Repair if necessary, Packaging (shells, labels...)
  • Following the technical instructions of the Customer Service Manager.
  • May clean, beautify, and protect the finished item.
  • Checking the compliance of the realizations, making corrections and disposing of non-compliant items.
  • Performing the packaging/dressing operations of items and storing them in storage areas.
  • Following the stock management of packages, repair parts, etc., to be delivered to clients in relation to the Sales Administration and the warehouse.
  • Restocking the different products (Bering-Segura), including helmets (Shark)
  • Regularly communicating with the warehouse (reconditioning...).

Profil sought:

Professional training in flexible materials (BP, BT, BTS)

Versatile, rigorous and autonomous, you have good interpersonal skills and a team spirit.

You quickly adapt to new environments, you know how to manage priorities, work in a team and have excellent service skills.

Mission:


As a Human Resources Officer within our company, you will have the opportunity to work on concrete and strategic projects for the development of our teams. You will support HR Managers and the HR Director on HR Development topics.
Your missions will include:

  1. Creation of job reference: You will contribute to defining the skills and responsibilities of each position within the company by participating in the creation of an innovative job reference adapted to our needs.
  2. Skills reference: You will be involved in setting up a skills reference for our employees, identifying training needs, and proposing solutions to promote skills development.
  3. Skills Development: You will participate in the development of the skills development plan for employees in connection with the business and HR challenges, and ensure the follow-up of the training plan.
  4. Cross-functional projects: You will be involved in participating in cross-functional projects (HR Communication, Employer Branding, Integration, reporting, HR events, Workplace Well-being, HR Administration and Legal, HR digitalization, etc.)

Your profil:

  • Student in Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources, you are passionate about HR issues and wish to put your skills into practice within a dynamic company.
